How much are the items in my currency?

Please visit SHOP ONLINE or www.xe.com/ucc to do a manual conversion into your own currency.

Can I pay with a gift card?

Unfortunately PayPal do NOT accept gift cards as a viable payment method, therefore please refrain from using one, as it will not work.

How come there is a difference when I actually make my payment?

Vendweaves.com is only accepting payments in USD; therefore as exchange rates fluctuate daily there will be a slight difference in the actual cost. The amount shown by PayPal will be the final cost.

How long does delivery take?

Please refer to shipping information.

I want to buy a product but it says, "This product is no longer in stock"

We will try our best to restock as soon as possible. Note that discontinued products will be removed from our website.

Have just made a purchase but it comes up as "Payment Error". What next?

Please note that Vendweaves.com does NOT process any orders until payment has been cleared. The above message only appears under 3 circumstances:

Payment was made via e-cheque
Payment is awaiting verification from Paypal (usually takes 24 hrs)
Non-instant bank transfer

Once the payment has been cleared, your order will then be processed. Note: Depending on the amount of stock left - your order may be cancelled, resulting in a refund for any items, which are out of stock. Vendweaves.com reserves the right to cancel & issue partial/full refunds at their own discretion. To ensure your order gets processed straight away, we advise all customers to have a valid Paypal account with active funds.

My order has been "shipped", what is my Tracking Number?

Tracking Number will be Emailed to you within 24 hours of your purchase and successful payment.

Can you mark my order as a "gift"?

We mark all orders as "gifts" with a declared value lower than USD $20 to help reduce the cost of customs duty/tax for the customers.

I have been requested to pay a "customs" charge. Is this normal?

Although we mark our orders as "gift" & also lower the package contents value, each countries customs regulations differ. Therefore, if they deem your order to be worth more in value, they can issue a "customs" charge before customers can receive their orders. Please note that any charges or problems with delivery due to custom charges will be the responsibility of the customer as customs rules & regulations are bound to individuals receiving parcels from overseas.
