RETURN POLICY

We receive returns only under follwing circumstances- 

  • If the Item is damaged when received

  • If you receive wrong colour of product to that ordered

  • If you receive wrong product to that ordered


Note that we cannot accept refunds for clothing garments which do not fit; therefore please double check the "measurements" provided before making any purchases. Also, please follow the washing instructions attached to each cloth label - damaged clothes due to miscare when washing will also not be acceptable for refunds.

We will also offer our returns policy to orders which have been returned to VendWeaves due to returned unsigned for delivery; please note that an additional surcharge of US$ 6 will be incurred as a handling & administration fee before we process these types of refunds.

Finally, full refunds are allowed as long as the order status is set on "Payment Accepted" in your order history, please note that if it either changes to "Preparation in Progress" or "Shipped" full refunds will not be possible unless the customer sends the package back to us undamaged. 

 

I am entitled to a refund, what happens next?

1) E-mail us stating your order ID & refund reason in the message section. After reviewing your email, we will then be glad to assist you further. 

2) After reviewing the refund, if accepted by VendWeaves the customer can choose to either:

  • Accept a refund for the total cost of the product(s), delivery costs will NOT be refunded

  • Exchange the refunded product(s) for a non-defective one

  • Exchange the refunded product(s) for a different products (of the same price / lesser value)
