Our General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries and services. An order becomes binding as soon as you complete payment to us.

 

Delivery Area

• Deliveries are made worldwide where possible

• Deliveries are not made to military APO Box numbers

 

Delivery Period

Order processing usually takes 3 business days, with delivery to take between 3 - 28 business days depending on location & delivery carrier chosen. Should a product be out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible when delivery can be expected. Delivery is at the risk of the consignee.

 

Delivery Charges

You can rest assured that your order will arrive promptly and in perfect condition. You only need pay the forwarding costs once for each order; note that delivery charge is calculated according to the weight of the order.

 

Shipping Partner

Our goods are shipped via Air Mail, during working hours and we would appreciate if you could make sure that somebody is available to accept your consignment.

Custom clearance information may be required for orders being shipped to certain countries. 

 

Prices

All prices are in US$ and EXCLUDES any custom charges (differs for each country). Please refer to your countries rules & regulations with regards to custom charges (if applicable) when receiving parcel from overseas.

 

Terms of Payment

The goods are delivered against payment by PayPal or credit card (Master Card, Visa Card, American Express).

 

Guarantee / Warantee

All products listed on VendWeaves are covered by a guarantee that is valid for 7 days from date of receiving order. There is no guarantee obligation if a fault or damage was caused by handling, maintenance or care that was contrary to our instructions.

Complaints, However we offer life time warranty on few products, Please refer to product details.

Complaints about defects or about incomplete or incorrect deliveries must be notified via e-mail, within 7 days from date of receiving order.

 

Right to return goods

We want to see our customers satisfied . However, we cannot accept returned goods without prior agreement. Goods returned for exchange or refund will only be accepted in unused, perfect condition and in the original packaging. Such goods must be returned within 14 days, at senders cost. Once VendWeaves has authorised your return, you will be provided with a return address to send your returned goods to.

 

Proprietary Rights

Goods will remain the property of VendWeaves.com until successful payment has been made and delivered in full.

 

Compensation

Claims for compensation due to mistakes in illustrations, prices or texts, or due to late delivery or failure to deliver, are strictly excluded. The colour of the products displayed in the online shop may deviate a bit from the actual product colour.

 

Dispute

Should a problem between the customer and VendWeaves escalate to a dispute that cannot be resolved we will deal with matters via our third party payment gateway (PayPal), which will have the final verdict.

 

Privacy Protection

It goes without saying that any data required by us for order processing purposes will be treated as strictly confidential.
